Currently, Orkla Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and Orkla ASA jointly hold 90% of the company, while Navas and Feroz Meeran each own 5%. Since the IPO is a pure OFS, the company will not receive any proceeds, as all funds go directly to the selling shareholders.
